Support

Every ticket is tied to an order ID. We cannot look up a swap by address, amount or date, so keep the ID from your order page.

Tickets are deleted together with the order record.

Track an order

Use the track page, or open onionswap.io/order?id=<id> directly. Orders are kept in your browser, so bookmark yours — it is not recoverable from our side.

What we cannot help with

We will never ask you to verify your identity to release funds, because there is nothing to release — swaps are filled from our own reserves and no partner exchange can put a hold on them. Anyone contacting you for documents in our name is not us.
