Track an order

Paste the ID from your order page. It is the only identifier we keep, and it is not tied to an account, an address or an e-mail.

Lost the ID? It cannot be recovered from our side — that is the trade-off for keeping no accounts.

What the statuses mean

Awaiting deposit — the deposit address is live and nothing has arrived yet. The quote locks once a transaction is seen.

Confirming — your deposit is in the mempool or waiting for its confirmations: one for BTC and LTC, ten for XMR.

Sending — the payout has been signed and broadcast from our reserves. The transaction ID appears on the order page.

Complete — the payout confirmed. The record is deleted seven days later.

Stuck orders

Nothing on OnionSwap is ever held for review. Because we fill swaps from our own reserves and answer to no partner exchange, an order can only be delayed by the chain itself — never by a compliance hold. If a status has not moved in an hour, open a ticket with the ID.
